About a week ago I went to a zoo with my parents.
For me it was just a good reason to be outside and away from work and all.
and off course a good excuse to make some photos.
First thing that struck me in there were the people walking around with there (semi) professional (d)slr camera's
and there big (tele) zoom lenses they had and making some particular photo of those animals like many people already did before.
Most of them were even using there (auto) menu and by some even the flash light came up and they used there flash.
Besides the fact flash is mostly make your pictures ugly because of the white balance and the over lighted reflections on reflected things.
I also believe this flash was really useless because of the distance between the flash and the object that will be captured on the photo, unless you wont use that big ass tele zoom lenses of course and have a more wide angle view. Beside that it was bright daylight.
Well it shows us one thing, here in the western side of the world is no lack on money.
People have it enough to buy expensive (professional) cameras and only use the simple parts of it because of the lack of any experience.
But back to my story again, so I was there seeing this happing around me and decided that I would not make such picture of those animals behind there fences like thousands of people did before me.
And so on I created my pictures with a totally different perspective in this zoo.
I Made some photos of people, empty shelters, dirty windows and even a 'depressive' polar bear
Last week I posted two photos on DA and posted a series of photos on my Blogspot account.
